There are times when we all feel stressed out, confused, anxious, angry or depressed, and a caring friend or a relative may help by listening and being supportive of the way that we are feeling. But there are times when these problems do not go away, or emotions reach a point where they become overwhelming.

Online sessions have to be prepaid, preferably through PayPal, and are priced at £40.00. Money orders and cheques are accepted but services are delayed to allow time for processing.
